Broker workspace

Employees sign in at /login with credentials managed by the brokerage. After sign-in, staff access clients, policies, vehicles, claims, documents, comms, chat, and tasks from the workspace sidebar.

Underwriter portal

Underwriter staff sign in at /underwriter/login. The portal provides shared visibility into clients, policies, vehicles, claims, documents, chat, and underwriting workflows enabled for your organisation.

Client app

Invited clients sign in at /client/login using OTP and identity verification flows. The client app supports dashboard, claims, vehicles, documents, policies, notifications, and settings including language preferences.

Roles & theme

Access within each environment is role-based. BerrySure supports light and dark theme across marketing and signed-in experiences.
